CLuB MoMo---MadaM WonG's---DbL O---CLuB MoMOBeen veri lazi tis few wks loh.....wanna blog abt lotsa of stuffs butz keep procastinate till the snowball becum so big tat i juz continue 2 procastinate loh.....mayb i will do a back track instead....go frm e recent happenin to the past....haha....if i can still rem e details loh...
After my wed @ zouk, fri @ Dbl O, mon @ Wong's, i stayed @ hm 4 2 whole wks....freaking 2 whole wks to replenish slp n to study for my organic chem paper which is so god damn tough loh......kaoz....study liao machiam nv study....wat a waste of time!! Wanted 2 go clubbin on tat wk itself butz my dear HH gt a paper on the following wk lohz....so bo bian....butz @ least last sat, went 2 Ice cold beer again.....finally had a taste of beer n abit of nightlife....hee
So last nitez was e 1st clubbin session i hav in e past 3 wks.....n the best of all.....it was LADIES NITEZ.....so keke i dint even spend a single cent....other than payin for mrt fare loh
As usual, went wif HH again butz last nitez, wi were joined by our sec schmate, F loh.....it's been yrs since i last met her so it feel realli nice n warm @ heart 2 mit up wif ur ex schmates loh....glad tat i gt a chance 2 mit up wif her b4 she left for US.....
Since it was ladies nitez, since wi can gt free entry, free drinks, hw can wi dun club hop loh? Our 1st stop was Club Momo......i noe i abit sua gu lah butz last nitez was my 1st time there.....the place is so god damn big n spacious wif lotsa of sofas n seats....n it can realli catered 2 many pple wif dif needs loh......gt a rm 4 live band, gt sofas outside 2 watch football, gt pool tables 2 play pool n the dance floor was considerably big loh.....
Went over to the bar 2 gt drinks n guess wat??? NO Housepours wif juices or ribena or red bull lohz....onli soft drinks available....kaoz.....vodka taste better wif juices or ribena loh.....
Nvm....free drinks mah....so cant expect much choices loh....
Wat shocked me was when the bartender handed me 2 red opaque plastic cups contaning our drinks....suddenly, i felt like a pri sch student, machiam still a little gal whereby e 'da gor gor' scare i will break the glass cups.....or mayb they scare wi will use the glass cups durin a 'gan jia'.....watever it is, it is juz so mismatched n farnie 2 c such a posh club usin plastic cups loh....1st time c loh.....or mayb i haven club enough places to noe tat there r other places who do tat oso.....
e drinks choice sux.....the presentation of e drinks sux.....n e drinks itself oso sux.....if i hadnt look @ e bartender when he was makin e drinks, i would tot tat he had given mi a cup of iced carbonated water......sobs.....e drinks realli disappointin loh.....
E music was ok lah....R n B lohz.....butz i guess wi were there early so there wasnt much crowd dancing.....since it was still early, wi headed down to Wong's which oso quite empty loh.....Wat happen 2 e clubbin crowd???? All go back 2 Zouk 4 mambo liao ah???? So, in e end wi decided 2 go Dbl O.....It was so fun....e place was so crowded n there was lotsa of ang mohs loh.....they super friendly...tok 2 u like machiam they hav noe u 4 ages....Hw i miss Dbl O!!! e drinks were great, unlike those thin like plain water taste.....e music were superb.....e crowd was super onz n happenin....suddenly i juz 4gt abt those bad experience i had there.....hw i wish Dbl O oso opened till 5am lohz....hee
Left Dbl O ard 2+ n went back 2 Club Momo......e music was r n b again.....i dun realli mind r n b as long as e songs hav strong bass n kinky......haha....juz as wi were enjoyin ourselves.....F told us gt pple wanna find her trouble.....i was like "HUH".....so i asked her hw old were they.....she said 20+....den i was like "HUH HUH"....20+ liao still wanna 'gan jia' abit bo liao lohz....its been ages since i last heard those " u watch out.....i m gonna bring my gang" or "my gang comin down liao...u die liao" kaoz.....20+ liao leh....u r alreadi steppin in2 another stage of life liao loh....look @ ur peers ard u loh.....they r NUS or NTU undergrad wif a bright future.....some even hav start up their own business, strike out their own careers, earnin big bucks.......N u r still here indulgin in those "wa kua li buai song leh" so wanna pa dio ri si.....kaoz....raelli cant understand some pple loh.........
I tot there will b a time whereby pple will juz outgrown e "beng n lian" stage.....bitz i guess nt.....butz hw long can u fight............till 40+ till 50+ till u stepped in 2 ur grave? N when u looked back, wat hav u achieved in life? Isnt it sad nt 2 achieve anythin satisfyin in life? Once again, i guess i can nv understand some pple's mentality.....haiz...
So in end, wi all hav 2 siam, 2 avoid gettin in2 a cat fight.....Luckily, gt B 2 drive us hm....Wat a happenin nitez!!!
I would sae Club Momo is nt a bad place in terms of decor n stuffs butz there seems 2 b a lotz of prob wif e crowd n e bouncers.....juz within an hr, i c many pple bein taken away by police n bouncers loh....i dunno wat happen so i cant judge butz izit e lack of security, e aloofness of e bouncers or izit juz e wild crowd???? i dunno, butz yest is juz so happenin tat i dun even noe if i will go there again in e near future........
I juz cant wait 4 MOS 2 open soon.......
